Partner & Chief Executive Officer of theCatalysts
Philippe Wery is the founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of theCatalysts. He has gained the last 20 years a mixed experience as CEO and consultant, uniting the best from both worlds to the profit of our clients.
Before theCatalysts, Philippe was Founder & CEO of Arendt Business Advisory. Priori to that, Philippe was entrepreneur and business owner of several companies active in the green business and also served as CEO of a business unit of a global industrial group. Before that, Philippe worked as Senior Manager within Big Four firms providing intellectual services to a wide range of companies and public organisations. Philippe holds a master degree in Business Administration with a complementary education in Law, Economics and Competition matters. He has also been among others President of a Sport Club and lecturer in cost and performance management at a leading Business School in Belgium

Denis Costermans
Denis Costermans
Partner
Denis is a founding partner at theCatalysts. He mainly leads the services to the banking sector, with 25 year experience in the industry.
Prior to that, he participated in the launch of the new consulting company of Arendt, as Banking leader, after 5 years as consulting partner at EY and 15 years at Deloitte and Accenture in Strategy and Operations services. Throughout his career, he acted as advisor to decision makers and senior executives in small to large organizations.
He is competent in several areas of the financial sector, with a focus on Private Banking, in Luxembourg and abroad. He is experienced in strategy and operations, helping financial institutions to simplify, grow and optimize.
He is also author of many industry studies, trainer on banking matters, regular speaker at conferences and author of articles on industry challenges.
Denis holds a master degree in Business Admnistration at Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain, LSM).
